a network of photometers to monitor the ALAN pressure
The network on Reunion Island
The Nocturnal Environment Observatory of the CNRS and the Société d'études ornithologiques de La Réunion (SEOR) are combining their instrumentation efforts to monitor ALAN pressure on La Réunion by equipping it with TESS-W photometers developed as part of the Stars4All project. The interactive map and dashboard below allow you to follow the evolution of the network and the data collected in real time!

Above: Christian Brouat - from the ENERGY lab (a research unit of the University of La Réunion) - and Sylvain Morvan (GEODE lab, CNRS) install one of the TESS-W photometers for the light pressure monitoring network on La Réunion.

The graphics below have been designed and made available thanks to the work of the TESS team of the Stars4All project (Jaime Zamorano et al.).
